Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. Read the following notes carefully regarding our return policy.

  • Do not attempt to send unapproved product returns back to us. All shipments returned without a return authorization number (RAN) will be refused.
  • Click here to request a product return authorization code (RAN) before returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sealed sellable condition for complete product credit.

Refused Delivery

  • If you refuse a delivery, your order will be refunded after deducting applicable restocking and shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please visit our Help Desk for detailed product return procedures.

Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on every unit of a Nuu3nutrition product we sell.
  • If you are unhappy within 60 days from the date of receiving the order, request a return authorization number (RAN) and send back your units for a full refund.
  • If the product does not work for you and your order was delivered less than sixty (60) days ago, we will refund your money.
  • Note: Only 1 unit of your returned order can be used/ opened, and the remaining bottles must be completely sealed and un-tampered to be eligible for a full refund on those purchased units.
Follow the instructions below for a refund:
  • To return a product, please obtain a Return Authorization Code by calling 1-888-211-8468 or sending a ticket to support@ihf.zendesk.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Package all empty and/or full bottles, legibly write the return order number on the package, and return all bottles ordered to receive a refund.
  • Mail the package via certified mail within 10 days after receiving your return order number to the provided address.
  • The refund will be processed to the original form of payment, unless otherwise instructed. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your credit. You should see the credit in the next billing cycle.
  • The guarantee applies ONLY to products purchased from this website.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not included.
  • No refunds will be applied once a re-order has been placed.
  • The guarantee applies only to our retail customers and does not apply to company distributors.
